While watching another classmates video, students can reply via video. There is no option for students to comment using text but they can include text in their video! Educators can leave private text feedback.
Educators can also edit Topics to turn off the Student-to-Student reply feature. Educators will always have the option to leave a reply in their educator account though.
After joining the Grid, students can watch their classmates videos. Once they open a video, there is a green reply button below which they can tap and record their video reply in 4 easy steps!
- Tap to record
Tap the record button on the bottom to start. Add fun stickers, filters, text, and more. Tap the arrow on the bottom right to advance.
- Review your video.
Trim, rearrange, or add more. Tap the arrow in the bottom right to advance.
- Take a selfie!
The selfie will be the cover image for your video. Tap the arrow in the bottom right to advance.
- Submit your video!
Edit your name, add a tiltle, or attach a link. Then submit!

- Can students leave text comments? Students cannot leave text comments but they can include text in their video!

If videos are moderated, how do I activate replies? Educators can activate replies within their educator account.
