Did your video submit but can't be played?
If you are unable to submit and see an error saying it can't be uploaded, you should have an option to download the video. Download the video so you can import it later.
To fix your issue, first, try logging out of the Grid by selecting Log Out in the top right. If issues continue, here are the recommended steps for iOS apps:
- Delete the Flipgrid app and reinstall
- Close out of any other apps that are running in the background
- Turn off and restart your phone.
- Update to the latest iOS version
