Educators can change the email associated with their account by logging into their Profile in the top right of their dashboard. Here's how:
- Log into your Educator Dashboard at admin.flipgrid.com
- Go to your Profile by selecting your name in the top right corner or by going directly to https://admin.flipgrid.com/manage/account/settings
- Select Email to change your email
Once you request the email to be updated, this change will need to be confirmed so please look for that email confirmation in your inbox or that pesky spam folder.
I changed schools and I no longer have access to my email. Can you change it for me?
Our Flipgrid team can update your email, but first, we need to verify your identity. This is both for your security and for the security of your student videos.
If you no longer have access to your old email, then we would need verification from an administrator of the school your email is registered with. They would need to both verify who you are and that you have permission to transfer your Flipgrid account and all associated student videos to your new email address. Please have them submit this form from their school email, stating that you have permission to transfer your Flipgrid account to a new email address.
