When you record your video, you’re able to add emojis, animated stickers, or GIFs. Express yourself and make your videos more unique and fun with stickers or GIFs.

How to add a sticker, animated sticker, or GIF
- Open Flipgrid.
- If you have lead capabilities: Go to admin.flipgrid.com.
- If you only have member capabilities: Go to my.flipgrid.com.
- In the top right, click Camera
. - At the bottom, click Effects
. - Select either Stickers
or GIF 
. - Find the sticker or GIF you want to use.
- Find stickers: At the top of the “Stickers” drawer, you can select the category of sticker you want to use. Then, scroll through the options. To search for a specific sticker, at the top, click the search bar and enter the specific sticker you want.
- Find animated stickers or GIFs: At the top of the “Giphy” drawer, select either Stickers or GIFs. Then, scroll through the options. To search for a specific animated sticker or GIF, in the top left of the drawer, click the search bar and enter the specific image you want.
- Choose how to adjust your sticker or GIF.
- Move: Drag the sticker or GIF across your camera screen.
- Resize: Click and drag a circle that outlines the blue box.
- Rotate: At the top of the blue box, click and drag the circle.
- Delete: Under the blue box, click Delete
. - Mirror: To invert your sticker or GIF, at the bottom left of the blue box, click Mirror
. - Copy: To make a duplicate of your sticker or GIF, at the top left of the blue box, click Copy.
- Bring front or back: If you have camera effects that overlap, you can choose which to display on top or behind each other. To bring the sticker or GIF to the front, to the right of the blue box, click the Up arrow
. To put the sticker or GIF to the back, to the right of the blue box, click the Down arrow

- Open the Flipgrid app.
- At the bottom, tap Camera
. - At the bottom, tap Effects .
- Select either Stickers or GIF .
- Find the sticker or GIF you want to use.
- Find stickers: At the top of the “Stickers” drawer, you can select the category of sticker you want to use. Then, scroll through the options. To search for a specific sticker, at the top, click the search bar and enter the specific sticker you want.
- Find animated stickers or GIFs: At the top of the “Giphy” drawer, select either Stickers or GIFs. Then, scroll through the options. To search for a specific animated sticker or GIF, in the top left of the drawer, click the search bar and enter the specific image you want.
- Choose how to adjust your sticker or GIF.
- Move: Tap and drag the sticker or GIF across your camera screen.
- Resize: With 2 fingers, pinch in or out.
- Rotate: With 2 fingers, hold and rotate your fingers.
- Delete: Under the white box, tap Delete .
- Mirror: To invert your sticker or GIF, at the bottom left of the white box, tap Mirror .
- Copy: To make a duplicate of your sticker or GIF, at the top left of the white box, tap Copy.
- Bring front or back: If you have camera effects that overlap, you can choose which to display on top or behind each other.
